Welcome to Vielora - an AI Chatbot building platform. Vielora is a product and service exclusively developed, owned, and operated by Titops DX4U Company (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Titops DX4U", "we", "us", or "our").
By registering an account, accessing, or using the services, software, APIs, embedded code (widgets), the Vielora Chatbot WordPress plugin, or any other integrations of the Vielora platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service with Titops DX4U Company. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use our services.
(Legal Notice: Throughout this entire document, all rights, obligations, liabilities, and disclaimers applicable to the "Vielora" platform simultaneously apply directly to the governing legal entity, Titops DX4U Company).
1. License Grant and Usage Restrictions
Titops DX4U grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform, create chatbots, and embed widget code on websites legally owned or managed by you. You are NOT PERMITTED to:
- Copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of Vielora or our proprietary Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) algorithms.
- Resell, sublicense, lease, or distribute Vielora services to third parties as a standalone product (White-label) without prior written agreement from Titops DX4U.
- Modify, disable, circumvent, or tamper with security mechanisms (such as Origin/CORS validation, Rate Limiting) established on the embedded Chat Widget.
2. Responsibility for Data and Content
Unlike generic hosting services, Vielora provides automated Web Scraping and document indexing tools. When utilizing these capabilities, you warrant and agree that:
- Ownership & Authorization: You are only permitted to instruct Vielora systems to scrape or ingest data from websites, domains, or documents for which you possess legal copyright ownership or valid authorization. Titops DX4U assumes no liability for copyright or intellectual property disputes arising from data provided by you.
- Prohibited Content: You must strictly refrain from using Vielora to build chatbots that facilitate unlawful activities (such as illegal gambling, fraud, malware distribution, dissemination of obscene material, or infringement on the privacy of others). We reserve the unilateral right to remove bots or suspend violating accounts immediately without prior notice.
3. Nature of Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Disclaimers
The Vielora chatbot system utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs), specifically Google Gemini. While we endeavor to maximize answer accuracy through RAG technology, you understand and acknowledge that:
- Potential for Hallucination: AI models may generate inaccurate, incomplete, illogical, or misleading responses.
- Customer Responsibility: You assume sole responsibility for reviewing, configuring contextual guardrails, and managing your relationship with end users (visitors to your website) regarding information supplied by the Vielora chatbot. Titops DX4U shall not be held liable or provide compensation for any business loss, reputational damage, or legal claims resulting from incorrect chatbot outputs.
4. Payment, Credits, and Refund Policy
Titops DX4U utilizes a credit-based consumption model (Credits) for computational operations such as document indexing and chat response generation on the Vielora platform. Domestic transactions within Vietnam are processed via the payOS payment gateway.
- Payment: When purchasing Subscriptions or topping up Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) balances, you agree to pay all applicable fees in full.
- Strict No-Refund Policy: Because AI operations incur immediate, non-recoverable infrastructure costs paid directly to upstream third-party providers (such as Google Gemini APIs), all payments for subscription plans or consumed credit balances are strictly non-refundable, except in the event of verified duplicate billing errors caused by the payOS payment gateway.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- Your Property: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all data, documents, website URLs uploaded to the platform, as well as the conversation history generated on your website.
- Titops DX4U Property: All copyrights, proprietary software architecture, Dashboard interfaces, Widget embed codes, and optimization algorithms developed by Titops DX4U remain the exclusive intellectual property of Titops DX4U.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Titops DX4U disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be 100% uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, due in part to reliance on the stability of third-party infrastructure such as cloud database hosting (Supabase), message brokers (Redis), or Google AI services.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Titops DX4U or its development team be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Service Termination
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation your breach of these Terms of Service or fraudulent payment activities. Upon termination, your right to access the platform and all embedded widgets on your website will be deactivated immediately.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith amicable negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Vietnam.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page (with an updated "Last updated" date). Your continued use of the platform following the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
